Down, down, down underthe sea was a magic kingdom.在大海的深处有一个魔法王国。The King of the Sea lived there.大海之王住在那里。He had a magic trident and whenhe blew on it he could do magic.他有一个神奇的魔杖，当他吹响它时，他就能施魔法。One day Nipper the crabasked the King of the Sea,一天，螃蟹尼珀向海洋之王请求，“Can you do some magic for me?”“你能为我表演魔法吗？”“If you like.”said the king.“如果你想看的话。”国王说。“Come with me.”“跟我来。”
The king saw a fish.国王看见了一条鱼。He blew on his magic trident.他吹响了他的魔杖。Now the fish was red and blue.现在鱼变得红蓝相间。“Thank you.”said the fish.“谢谢。”鱼说。“That"s all the magic I"m doingfor one day.”said the king.“我一天只能试这么多魔法。”国王说。and he went to sleep.然后他睡着了。Nipper looked at the magic trident.尼珀看着神奇的魔杖。“If I had that trident Icould do magic too.”he said.“如果我有那个魔杖的话，我也可以独霸世界。”他说。
So Nipper ran off with the trident.所以尼珀拿着魔杖跑了。“Now I am just likethe King of the Sea.”he said.“现在我就像海洋之王。”他说。Just then Nipper saw a fish.就在这时，尼珀看到了一条鱼。“I will make that fishgo red and blue.”he said.“我会把那条鱼变成红蓝子相间的。”Nipper blew on the magic trident.尼珀吹着魔杖。But the fish did not go red or blue.但鱼没有变红，也没有变蓝。The fish had a green hat on!鱼戴着一顶绿色的帽子！
“Who put this hat on me?”asked the fish.“谁把这顶帽子戴在我身上的？”鱼问。“I did.”said Nipper.“是我。”尼珀说。“I am not very good at magic.”“我不是非常擅长魔术。”Just then Big Mouth the whale swam up.就在这时，大嘴鲸鱼游上去。He looked at the fish in the hat.他看着帽子里的鱼“Ha, ha, ha!”laughed Big Mouth.“哈，哈！”大嘴笑着说。The fish was cross.小鱼很生气。“Get this hat off me.”she said.“把这顶帽子从我身上拿开。”她说。
Nipper blew on the magic trident.尼珀吹着魔杖。Now the fish had two hats on!现在鱼戴上了两顶帽子！Big Mouth looked at the fish.大嘴巴看着鱼。“Ha, ha, ha!”laughed Big Mouth.“哈，哈！”大嘴巴笑了。Then the fish looked at Big Mouth.然后鱼看着大嘴。“Ha, ha, ha!” said the fish.“哈哈，哈！”鱼说。“Now you have a hat on too.” she said.“现在你也戴了一顶帽子。”她说。
Big Mouth and the fishwere very cross with Nipper.大嘴巴和鱼对尼珀很生气。“Do something!”they said.“做点什么！”他们说。“I will go and get the king.”said Nipper.“我去找国王。”尼珀说.When the king saw Big Mouth当国王看到大嘴巴，and the fish he wasvery cross with Nipper.那条鱼对尼珀很生气。“You must not playwith my magic trident.”he said.“Give it to me.”“你不能玩弄我的魔杖。”他说，“把它给我。”
The King of the Sea blew on his magic海洋之王吹响了他的魔杖trident and he made the hats go.他把帽子弄走了。“Thank you.”said Big Mouth and the fish.“谢谢。”大嘴鱼和鱼说。“Now what will youdo to Nipper?”they asked.“现在你要做什么？”他们问。The king looked at Nipper.国王看着尼珀。Then he blew on his magic trident.然后他吹响了他的魔杖。
Big Mouth, the fish andthe King the Sea all laughed.大嘴巴，鱼和海中的国王都笑了。Nipper was red and blue and green and pink!尼珀是红的，蓝的，绿的，粉红色的！
人生的成功不过是在紧要处多一份坚持，人生的失败往往是在关键时刻少了坚持。
